American Pale Ale
A ‘misty’ amber colored refreshing american pale ale hopped with Centennial for bittering/flavor, and dry hopped with Citra and Simcoe for a unique aroma. There is a lot of complex flavor and aroma going on with hops at play.
Double India Pale Ale
This is a light bodied Double IPA, brewed with pilsner, wheat, vienna, munich and other fine malts. This ale is hopped with a unique combination of Citra and Simcoe hops, producing melon, pear and citrus aromas. This hoppy beer has some punch, but is refreshing, smooth and very well balanced ale.
A refreshing Bavarian Wheat beer (Hefeweizen), lightly hopped with Hallertauer hops. Mild bodied and refreshing with some notes of clove spice and a touch of banana.
Kölsch Style Ale
A classic German Kölsch beer brewed with fine pilsner malt and Mt. Hood hops (for an American slant). This beer is light, clean, sparkling and refreshing – perfect for a warm summer day. A lighter, easier to enjoy beer for those that either do not like heavier beers, or are new to craft brewing.
India Pale Ale
Evil’s little brother – just not as strong and takes a different hops direction employing generous amounts of Mosaic hops. A nice alternative if you don’t want a very high ABV IPA.
English Pale Ale
A lightly hopped and malt-forward style pale ale with a rich clean amber cn color. Solid English malty characteristics (with notes of cherry) give it a full mouth feel, but allow the Centennial hops shine through. This ale is smooth, not too bitter, will not leave you too full.
A robust American style porter brewed with rich chocolate and black patent malts for dark body and smooth deep flavor. With notes of chocolate and vanilla, dog is brewed a bit stronger than a traditional porter for a sweeter taste and a bit more punch. Well suited for a cold winter night to warm your body.
A classic vienna style lager brewed with patience over a 2 month period – it’s worth the wait! Smooth and mild vienna malt character, copper color, give this lager a pleasant and easy drinkability. Gently hopped with Mt. Hood and Saaz to give it the crisp lager finish.
